Yes, most of the items can be viewed in person through an appointment. Kindly contact us for an appointment. Appointment times can be flexible to suit your needs, even outside conventional opening hours.

For the time being online orders are not being accepted. Orders need to be placed by phone, e-mail or in person through an appointment. Orders will only be confirmed upon payment of a deposit, which can be paid in person, by cheque or by direct transfer to a bank account. We will be in touch with you when your order is available for pick-up.

Yes, a 40% deposit is needed when placing an order. The 60% balance needs to be paid upon delivery of the goods. It is recommended that souvenirs are ordered at least 3 to 4 months in advance. Items other than souvenirs are likely to be available in stock and they can therefore be bought instantly without the need for a deposit.

Online payments are currently not possible. Payments are either in cash, by cheques (upon presentation of ID card), or by direct transfer to a bank account. Card payments are not accepted.

It is best to place your order for souvenirs at least 3 to 4 months in advance to ensure that they are delivered on time. The other items are likely to be available in stock. Nonetheless it is always better to plan ahead as early as possible.

The general minimum order quantity for souvenirs varies between 30 and 50 depending on the souvenir. However, if you need fewer souvenirs do not hesitate to contact us, as depending on the item of your choice we might still be able to provide you with fewer souvenirs. Orders for other items, such as boxes, bags, ribbons and labels are not subject to a minimum quantity and as little as a single item can be bought.
